Insurance/Financial Customer Service Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while promoting and selling various insurance products. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen analytical mindset to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' situations to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Engage in sales activities including telemarketing, networking, and face-to-face meetings to generate new business.
• Performing annual customer protection reviews and updating coverage.
• Being a team player to help grow and retain revenue for the agency.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions through effective sales administration.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice.

Experience

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills .
• Experience in insurance sales or Financial services is a plus.
• Proficiency in analyzing client needs and presenting suitable solutions.
• Action-oriented problem solver, resilient through challenges and able to provide solutions.
• Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and sales administration processes will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Property and Casualty/ life license a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
