Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of all architectural and interior design elements across our venues. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in large-scale commercial projects, strong knowledge of interior design, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to create innovative and engaging entertainment spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present interior design concepts and plans.
- Understand design projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with ownership and operations teams to understand their needs and preferences.
- Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications for interior spaces.
- Create detailed floor plans and building elevations for new projects and building prototypes based on owner requirements.
- Select materials, furniture, and finishes that align with the design concept.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in architectural design, Interior Design or related field overseeing commercial or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, BIMM, and REVIT.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and industry trends.
- Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or retail industry is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
- Ability to travel as needed to project sites.
