As a Customer Experience Representative , you will be responsible for supporting the Outdoor Wireless and Distributed Antenna Systems Business segments as part of the Customer Service team. You will work closely as the main customer liaison to complete customer queries, and order intake issues, in a complex and exciting B2B environment. This role is remote and can be located anywhere in the central time zone.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World :
- Play a key role in crafting the customer experience at Outdoor Wireless Networks, LLC
- Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer orders and queries
- Manage order intake, delivery, and invoicing in a B2B environment
- Contribute to the go-to-market strategy and support sales teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service and collaboration
- Participate in process improvement, testing, and training projects
