As a Quality & Reliability Engineer III, you will be a member of the Andrew Quality organization supporting the Cabinet and Power business unit in North America Region (NAR). Primary responsibilities include Cabinet and Power Products customer returns RMA, Root Cause Analysis and 8D reports, key customer monthly, quarterly quality reports and data analysis along with new PDP gate review, FMEA, First Article coordination and quality issue follow up and conduct of partial reliability testing. You will work closely with Engineering, Product Line and Manufacturing to Andrew Cabinet and Power Business Unit (ACPP). This role will be based in Richardson, Dallas, TX.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Provide overall Cabinet and Power BU level Quality Complains, Defects, Return data breakdown analysis
- Key customer Monthly Review (MOR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
- Coordinate and leading NAR Cabinet and Power customer return units RCA, critical customer 8D initiation SAP/ZCAPA
- Review and share quality lesson learn to Reynosa, Mexico factory, APAC Manufacture Plants and engineering team drive for continue improvements
- Dynamic inventory S - Hold and rework, logistic monitoring and follow up with distribution center and RMA team
- New PDP Customer Technical Requirement Quality Risk Identification with PLM and Engineering and Quality Control Plan initiation and gate reviews with oversea teams
- Lead the new PDP D/P FMEA review with engineering and process team enhance design guideline and manufacture process optimization
- During weekday early morning or late evening meeting with APAC/EU team project gate review is required as the quality representative.
- Review Cabinet and Power Products reliability testing from supplier, in-house and 3rd party testing failure follow up and drive for CAPA
- Leading and coordinate Cabinet and Power Products IQC inspection and recording the non-compliance appearance, label and package and pallet optimization opportunity feedback to factory and supplier.
- Initiate and define the new procedure and flow chart to meet new design/process environments and training to NAR team.
- Identify the currently procedure and process gaps from the roll out experience, define the actions to improve process value and effect.
- Follow up services complains include carrier damage, shipping wrong and lost, order entry error, especially Dallas Warehouse.
- Use the quality tools to improve and prove the data analysis and performance stability, such as CPK, D/PFMEA, WI, SPC, RCA, CP, CTQ, lesson learned, gate reviews, DFM/A, Design standards (RF & ME & Electronics).
- Communicate to cross team any opportunity for design, process and quality optimization as quality matter.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering technical field.
- Working Knowledge of Quality tools such as TQM, Six Sigma, SPC data analysis skills, FMEA, Control Plans, 8Ds, Root Cause Analysis, Poka-Yoke etc.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001/TL9000 Quality Management System Standards.
- Five years or more of previous Quality & GR487 or IEC Std Reliability Testing experience, preferably within a design, manufacture or customer returns and lean environment.
- Ability to work effectively with all cross functional areas and across international cultural boundaries.
- Strong self-study ability, willing to learn and accept new skills requires during daily work
- 10% NAR region customer field visit and travel will be required.
- Must be fluent in English Speaking, writing and quality documentation initiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal plus presentation skills
- Have experience to telecommunication field, design and manufacturing process, familiar RF field, Cabinet and Power Product experience is plus.
