Reporting to the Director of GTN Strategy & Development, the GTN Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating efforts across various teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on schedule and aligned with GTN’s strategic goals. Essential Duties
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans for all GTN marketing campaigns and special projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall GTN marketing goals.
- Create and maintain systems and spreadsheets to track, manage, and disseminate information for campaigns and product promotions across 10 TV shows, ensuring efficient coordination, documentation, and reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, strategy, and the project manager, to align project objectives and maintain communication flow, ensuring all team members are informed of deadlines, responsibilities, and progress.
- Organize and track product promotion information and assets, ensuring they are properly posted, communicated, and delivered to relevant teams on time and in accordance with quality standards.
- Track and record all elements related to product offers, submit necessary coupon and source code, requests, and create UTM codes for accurate campaign tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate the dissemination of promotion and campaign information to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and timely delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, identifying delays and addressing issues proactively to keep campaigns on track.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for future planning and updating managers and directors regularly on progress and results.
- Manage project documentation, including timelines, briefs, SLAs, and SOPs, ensuring accessibility and adherence to best practices.
- Handle communication with vendors and clients, managing relationships by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and ensuring high-quality results.
- Oversee the Monday.com project management platform, assigning tasks and collaborating with other departments to deliver campaign assets and information for Charis Bible College, events, and GTN.
- Maintain file management practices, securely organizing digital assets using ProMAX and SharePoint, ensuring accessibility and data preservation.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all internal job functions, ensuring consistent and efficient practices are documented and followed, enhancing productivity and quality across the department.
- Help create Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for working with vendors and contractors to ensure clear expectations, efficient workflows, and high-quality deliverables.
- Assist with financial management tasks, including coding and reconciling credit card charges, submitting and organizing receipts, tracking department budgets, and ensuring timely and accurate expense reporting.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and Monday.com, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and software tools to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination across departments and teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software, such as Monday.com, for scheduling, task assignment, and progress monitoring.
- Ability to analyze project performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Effective in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and streamline processes using project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign the Statement of Faith.
- Must be trustworthy to uphold the ministry vision and execute plans as directed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
- Must pass all required checks.
- Familiarity with faith-based media or marketing campaigns is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or media environment.
- Proven experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and ensuring project success.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
