What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Trainer-Floater (womens group home) position at Andrews Center?
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in intellectual disabilities and/or course work in related area preferred.
Will float between schedule times and possibly other 24-hour residential programs.
If applicable, awakens clients each morning and ensures they are dressed, fed, and ready for their daily activities. Gives instructions regarding desirable health and personal habits. Plans and leads recreational activities. Follows approved behavioral intervention guidelines as directed by Psychologist/IDT. Escorts clients to designated activities. Performs housekeeping duties. If applicable, prepares clients for bed.
