Duties

- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to identify potential threats.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement as necessary.
- Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Conduct thorough inspections of premises and report any safety hazards or security breaches.
- Provide assistance during conflicts or emergencies using conflict management techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Administer CPR and first aid when required, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site.
- Collaborate with loss prevention teams to minimize theft and damage.
- Level 3 or 4 security
- Valid Texas Driver License
- Professional appearance
- Valid security certificate or relevant training in armed security practices.
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and the operation of CCTV systems.
- Strong understanding of conflict management strategies and law enforcement protocols.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures is essential for responding effectively to medical emergencies.
- Experience in loss prevention strategies is a plus, enhancing overall security measures.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential threats or irregularities.
