RV Park Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of our park facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, facilities management, and real estate administration. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all park visitors.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the park, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and operational.
• Oversee administrative functions including record-keeping, filing, and contract management.
• Utilize property management software such as Yardi and OneSite for efficient operations.
• Maintain effective communication with staff, residents, and visitors through professional phone etiquette.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee facilities management to ensure safety standards are met.
• Develop and implement park policies and procedures to enhance visitor experience.
• Handle resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Strong administrative skills with experience in file management and documentation.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi and OneSite..
• Excellent facilities management capabilities to maintain park infrastructure.
• Effective phone etiquette for clear communication with residents and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing contracts and administrative tasks.

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
