We provide bulk transportation of liquids and hazardous materials specializing in the transport of general chemicals and finished lubricants. We operate out of 14 terminal locations nationwide servicing 48 states as well as Mexico and Canada.

**Position Overview:**

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our finance department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for our employees. You will collaborate with various departments to gather payroll data, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. There are also other key Human Resources functions this position is responsible for.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process weekly payroll for over 500 employees accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee questions regarding payroll-related matters.
  • Generate payroll reports and assist with audits when necessary.
  • Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices.
  • Make sure anyone going out has the correct paperwork
  • Make sure to stay on top of collecting money for employees who are out who owe for benefits.
  • Keep up with any plan changes or 401K Questions
  • Reporting for executive team.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
