Duties and responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance according to University Apartments policies and procedures
- Be able to work with minimun supevision while rendering loyalty, faithfulness and honesty in work in and in the use of time, materials and equipment.
- Refer concerns and questions to the Maintenance / Cleaning Supervisor
- Follow safety regulations in the use of chemicals, materials, equipment, and working procedure
Supervisory responsibilities
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities although in some ocasion will need to supervise students.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or at least two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current Driver’s License.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
