Job Description

• As a Mission Critical Program Lead, you will oversee external program activities and deployment initiatives involving WISP products.
• Lead day-to-day execution of program initiatives and tasks, working closely with Business Line Mission Operations Leads, customers, internal staff, and business line leadership.

Responsibilities:

1. Ownership: Take responsibility for program success, assuming high levels of accountability and ownership.
2. Embed/Engage: Collaborate with customers to understand their specific mission challenges and represent their interests in development processes.
3. Build/Orchestrate: Work with Anduril engineers to build solutions and pivot deployment as needed to meet client needs.
4. Narrative-Building: Develop strong story-telling skills to communicate solution value across various audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

5 years relevant industry experience

Recent experience managing DoD programs

Operational background working with technically advanced systems requiring an understanding of complex software and hardware products

Proven experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and customers to successful events of multiple types

Ability to create and deliver presentations and technical/programmatic reports to key leadership and the customer

Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S security clearance
