Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in commercial litigation and construction law matters.
- Assist with case strategy, legal research, and discovery processes.
- Participate in motion practice, hearings, and trial proceedings.
- Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and related documents.
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys to develop comprehensive case strategies.
Qualification:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar (required).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Strong verbal communication and advocacy abilities.
- Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Background or experience in construction and/or labor and employment law is a plus.
