Title : Night Hospice House RN, 24 hours Lewiston
What You’ll Do :
- Provide skilled nursing services to the patient in home like environment care
- Identify patient / family / caregiver needs and provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the hospice interdisciplinary plan of care, and policies and procedures.
- Provide education and promote patient’s rights and responsibilities for informed decision making in the plan of care.
- Assess and identify the patient’s holistic health care needs.
- Demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills.
- Possess and utilize knowledge of pain control & symptom management.
