Title : Speech Therapist, Lewiston - 72 Strawberry Ave
What You’ll Do :
- Provide speech and language therapy services to clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Speech and Hearing Association. Services may include screening, evaluation, direct service, consultation and / or instruction.
- Assess and identify the client’s holistic health care needs / concerns as part of a family and community.
- Develop, implement, coordinate, and revise a plan of care that incorporates goals consistent with the client’s age, condition, and needs.
- Implement client care plan activities based on treatment goals towards independent living for the client / family.
- Continually assess the client’s need for speech & language interventions and evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions on the speech & language visit report.
