What You’ll Do
As the Vice President of Strategy and Partnerships (VPSP), you will be a key leader in shaping the future of Andwell Health Partners. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic vision in partnership with executive and senior leadership.
- Identify, cultivate, and expand partnerships with healthcare providers, including long-term care facilities, hospitals, and senior housing.
- Lead market intelligence efforts to assess growth potential, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Drive business development initiatives that align with organizational goals, ensuring sustainable expansion and enhanced market share.
- Oversee marketing and branding strategies, working with internal teams and external partners to elevate Andwell Health Partners’ presence.
- Implement data-driven decision-making, leveraging advanced analytics to monitor service line performance, financial impact, and patient outcomes.
- Direct business intelligence functions, ensuring Andwell Health Partners remains agile in an evolving healthcare landscape.
- Act as a trusted advisor and influencer to senior executives, providing insights on strategic opportunities and risk management.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, including Strategic Partnerships Administrator and Communications Manager (in a dyad leadership model).
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience, master's degree preferred).
- Experience in Strategic planning, business development, and healthcare operations.
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, post-acute care, and emerging industry trends. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans within complex healthcare environments. Expertise in financial analysis, market research, and program development to drive data-driven decision-making. Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and partnerships. Ability to navigate regulatory frameworks and healthcare reimbursement models. Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools, analytics platforms, and digital healthcare technologies.
