Job Description
  As a Summer Event Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our events by providing quality customer service to customers, patrons, and employees. A professional image is essential at all times. Your responsibilities may vary depending on department size, organizational structure, and/or geographic location. You must deliver positive interactions with our customers, maintain a working knowledge of emergency policies, procedures, and regulations, and respond promptly to emergencies.

Essential Functions
  Key tasks include but are not limited to:

• Posting orders which may include Ticket Taking, Ushering, Guest Services, Elevator Operator, Special Services, or other.
• Knowledge and understanding of post orders, revisions, and daily event needs.

Education requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) and being at least 18 years of age. Strong customer service orientation is crucial as exemplified in our Mission Statement that Customer Service is Every Employee's Job. Effective oral and written communication skills are also necessary. Physical demands include pushing/pulling/carrying lifting up to 25 lbs, stair climbing, sitting, twisting, turning, and bending as required to perform duties within the facility.
