As a Catering Picnic Server with Spectra Experiences, you will be responsible for providing fine dining level food and beverage service to guests. This includes the ability to read and understand Banquet Event Orders, carrying at least 8 entrees per tray, and initiating friendly conversations about our Catering, Part Time, Server, Restaurant, and Beverage Spectra Experiences.
