Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Event Staff team. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons receive exceptional customer service during their visit.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Providing quality customer service to customers, patrons, and employees
• Possessing and maintaining a professional image at all times
• Maintaining a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures, and regulations
• Responding to emergency alarms or calls for help, determining course of action, notifying appropriate authorities, and assisting as needed
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be required to know and understand post orders, revisions, and daily event needs. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and being at least 18 years old are minimum requirements for this role.
A strong customer service orientation, exemplified by our Mission Statement that Customer Service is Every Employee's Job, is essential for success in this position. You will also need to possess clear and effective oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to push/pull/carry and lift up to 25 pounds, including during event evacuations. Stair climbing and the ability to sit, twist, turn, and bend as required to perform duties within the facility are also necessary.
