Description
Experienced Service Advisor
Andy Mohr Automotive Group, the largest volume automotive group in the state of Indiana operates 11 Dealerships and 4 Collision Centers, employing more than 1100 employees throughout central Indiana.
Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Greeting customers promptly
- Obtaining customer and vehicle information
- Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of vehicles throughout the day, updating customers frequently
- Explaining all completed work and the charges to customers
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Service Advisory role
- Positive attitude & self-starter
- Great communication skills
- Attention to detail
- CSI focused
- Valid Driver's License & clean driving record
