- Oversee medical billing and insurance claims
- Manage onboarding for the administrative department
- Hire and train new Administration and coordinate Provider training
- Mentor, advise, and evaluate work for the staff
- Conduct annual performance reviews
- Run daily reports for each office and assure copays are collected correctly.
- Ensure the practice and staff adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage providers scheduling.
- Oversee daily activities andofficeefficiency.
- Process payroll for Administration team and Providers.
- Coordinate meetings and reports for the Corporate Meeting, Billing meeting, Therapist Quarterly Meeting, and Nurse Practitioner Quarterly Meeting.
- Assistin writing complicated patient lettersfor providers.
- Respond to all patient reviews through the Reputation Management platform.
- Managingofficestaff, inventory, and facility maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a management position.
- Psychiatric office experience preferred
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Prior experience with medicalofficemanagement and billing codes are required.
