Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and organized TMS & Mental Health Care Coordinator to join our team in Westlake, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments and mental health care services, ensuring seamless patient experiences and efficient clinic operations.
- Coordinate and schedule TMS treatments and mental health appointments
- Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation in electronic health record systems
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding TMS therapy and mental health treatments
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Facilitate smooth patient flow within the clinic
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts
