Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at larger and more complex client organizations to ensure client retention and growth.
- Client Retention & Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to ensure retention by understanding clients’ needs and working with them to enhance their business success.
- Product and Service Expertise: Leverage detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services to ensure they consistently meet client expectations and resolve any issues that arise.
- Client Communication: Maintain a regular cadence of communication with clients, including quarterly business reviews, to ensure satisfaction and support contract renewal.
- Feedback Integration: Advise internal teams on product and service improvements or suggestions based on client feedback to continuously enhance offerings.
- Contract Management: Independently manage the contract renewal process for existing customers with minimal leadership support, ensuring contracts are renewed on time and in accordance with client needs.
- Leadership Support: May assume a team lead role for the work group, guiding less experienced team members and sharing knowledge.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence high-level client stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex client expectations and drive contract renewals.
- In-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client relationships with minimal supervision.
- Experience in preparing and delivering proposals and contracts.
- Leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field.
- Experience managing complex, high-value client accounts.
