We’re seeking an experienced Construction Worker/ Foreman to join our team and help deliver high-quality renovation and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both rough and finish work, including windows, doors, trim, tile, and framing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage renovation and remodel projects from start to finish
• Perform a wide range of construction tasks, including rough and finish work
• Ensure quality craftsmanship on windows, doors, trim, tile, and framing installations
• Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and standards
• Prioritize safety and quality control on all job sites

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, with a focus on renovation and remodel projects
• Expertise in rough work (e.g., framing) and finish work (e.g., tile, trim)
• Proven experience with windows, doors, trim, tile, and framing
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining safe job sites

COMPENSATION
Pay starts at $20 per hour; Compensation increase will be discussed/considered based on candidate's experience.
