Key Responsibilities
- Grow market share among key regional accounts by developing strategic sales initiatives.
- Exceed revenue targets through proactive account management and creative solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with advertisers and agencies.
- Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with station leadership and internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
- 3 years of broadcast TV sales experience with a strong track record of success.
- Experience working with key advertising agencies and media buyers.
- Proficiency in WideOrbit Media Sales, WideOrbit Traffic, E-Port, and AEinbox.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Results-driven mindset with a strategic and analytical approach to sales.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
