We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing them with necessary information and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handling correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Assist with calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for staff members.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and ensuring that common areas are tidy.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
- Utilize computer software for various office tasks, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email communication.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues over the phone.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the overall efficiency of the office.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
- Proficient in computer literacy with experience in office software applications.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude towards clients and colleagues alike.
