Property Management Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Angel Fire, NM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance of our rental properties, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards. This position will perform routine maintenance to the units as well as troubleshoot daily malfunctions and issues. A successful maintenance technician will have experience as a technician, will be skilled at performing repairs, and will be detail oriented to ensure quality work.
Base Pay : Starts at $20 / hr

Job Category : Full Time Year Round
A typical shift : 7am-4pm, hours may fluctuate
Required Certs or Licenses : Current driver's license with driving record insurable under resort insurance
Qualifications : Experience in maintenance required
Min Age : 18 years old
Attendance : Regular, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Inspect properties to identify issues and recommend repairs or replacements
- Respond to maintenance requests from management and tenants in a timely manner
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for larger repair projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and expenses
Requirements :
Environment : This is a mostly indoor position. Must be able to sit and talk for long periods of time and occasionally lift / carry 30lbs.
Qualifications : Front Desk and Property Management experience is an advantage but not essential. Successful customer service experience and advanced PC software computing skills are required.
