What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager position at Angel Guardian Inc?
The ideal candidate will oversee programs and services, including staff supervision, individual services, individual attendance, and compliance with AGI policies and procedures to ensure programs maintain compliance with all licensing and evaluation. The Manager will communicate observations and needs to the Program Director regarding participant needs and goals. Staff should avoid situations where their interests conflict with their job functions and immediately disclose the possibility of a conflict of interest to their supervisor. Job Duties (not limited to):
- Manage staff, including, but not limited to, staff evaluations, monitoring and scheduling required staff training, meetings, and events
- Oversee staff schedules to ensure overtime stays within guidelines and services are staffed sufficiently
- This includes routing of time off requests, attendance inputs, approvals, and monitoring
- Schedule staff and cover shifts as necessary
- Schedules meetings with teams and meet monthly to discuss operational status, progress, and concerns
- Ensure reasonable steps are taken to support individuals with services that are consistent with needs
- Ensure staff is scheduling activities daily and monthly
- Ensure staff ratio scheduling
- Comply with all internal and state regulations, participate in all inspections and investigations
- Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
- Experience working to support adults who have intellectual/developmental disabilities, or similar experience is required.
- B.S in Social Work or related field, i.e., Human Services, Health, or Education preferred
