Beach Server/Host
Overview: As a Restaurant Server, your main responsibility is to provide prompt, courteous service and ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage guests with a friendly attitude from arrival to departure.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer menu questions, and suggest food and drink options.
- Process orders accurately using the POS system, and ensure the correct items are delivered.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and follow all policies, including alcohol service laws.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with fellow staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist in clearing tables and preparing them for new guests.
- Offer wine and cocktails to guests, and ensure they are satisfied throughout their meal.
- Handle customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of service experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to balance large trays and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior restaurant experience required.
