We are seeking an Assistant PM to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a background in construction knowledge and be comfortable assisting with multiple projects simultaneously. Eager to learn candidates who are seeking growth in a leadership role are preferred.
Responsibilities include track and report job costs, oversee and manage projects through completion, control / manage project budgets, process monthly billing, evaluate material buyouts, perform project takeoffs, and follow up with client contacts. Additional tasks include publishing RFI’s, processing product submittals, create Change Orders, manage emails, send out formal correspondence, and maintaining project spreadsheets.
This candidate should be experienced in communicating construction services and expectations with clients. Overseeing construction documents for accuracy and most current set of plans and specifications. Schedule and attend project meetings, presentations, and site visits. Solicit and maintain communication with Contractors, Vendors, and our Project Teams.
