Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, or policies.
- Document all interactions, including customer information and the nature of the call, in the company's CRM system.
- Follow up on unresolved customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and procedures.
- Achieve and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company guidelines, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
