Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying solutions or escalating to the appropriate department.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications
