Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Perform research and gather information as requested by executives.
- Maintain files and records, ensuring they are organized and up to date.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
