Pay : $18.50 - $28.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and physical documents.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and direct them to the appropriate parties.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials.
- Assist in managing projects by tracking timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
