Job Title : Office Clerk

Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our office operations, the Office Clerk will be responsible for various clerical tasks that support the daily functions of our office. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient and smooth operations while maintaining organized records and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer phone calls and take messages as needed.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist with data entry and manage spreadsheets to track various office activities.
  • Prepare and send out correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for team members as required.
  • Support the team with word processing and document preparation tasks.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
