As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling correspondence, and assisting with daily operational functions. Your proficiency with office equipment and software will contribute to the efficiency of our processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain filing systems and databases.
- Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Prepare and process outgoing and incoming mail, including packages and correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Support the organization of meetings by preparing materials and taking minutes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on detail.
