Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming telephone calls, inquiries, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff.
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is kept clean and organized.
- Assist with general office administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
- Ensure the security of the office by monitoring visitors and access to the building.
