ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls while maintaining accurate phone logs.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring proper security procedures are followed (e.g., monitoring the logbook, issuing visitor badges).
- Provide general information and direct inquiries to the appropriate resources, departments, or agencies.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying, faxing, and data entry.
- Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings and leave for staff leave as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to contribute to office efficiency.
- Experience in a front office as a receptionist. Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent is generally preferred. Experience and education may be substituted for one another
- Proficiency in operating a multi-line phone and related office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a professional manner.
- Ability to effectively transfer calls, greet and assist visitors, and train others.
Salary : $45,500 - $62,000
