What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager position at Angeles Composite Technologies, Inc.?
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Implements and annual updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; develops merit pool (salary budget); analyzes compensation; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
2. Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures.
3. Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of plans for cost effectiveness, information activities program, and cash flow.
4. Develops, maintains, and administers Affirmative Action program; files EEO-1 as needed; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
5. Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors employee development program, employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
6. Participates in administrative and production meetings, as needed, and attends community meetings or events, as needed for development of applicant pool.
7. Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
8. Establishes and maintains personnel records and reports; maintains company organization charts.
9. Oversees safety compliance and storage of required safety documents; administers work injury claims and return to work (modified duty) program.
10. Performs other duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:
· A bachelor's degree in business and five (5) years' Human Resources experience or any appropriate combination of education and experience.
· General knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration; knowledge of sound techniques in all aspects of personnel management; knowledge of the organizations and operations of administrative programs.
· Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
Work Environment:
· Required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
· Occasionally lifts and/or move up to 25 pounds.
· Work is usually in an office environment, but occasionally exposure to the production areas, near moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and loud noise.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
