Key Responsibilities :
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this position is a key contributor to our organization's HR function. As an essential team member, you will be involved in diverse HR activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records maintenance, and supporting various HR programs. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring compliance and enhancing the overall employee experience. Collaborating seamlessly within our team, you will be pivotal in maintaining the efficiency of HR processes. We are seeking an ideal candidate with strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of HR principles. Job Duties :
- Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments for applicants, customers, or supervisors.
- Responsively handle requests for information or data from the Contracting Office Representative (COR), Corporate Office, and external agencies.
- Actively participate in monthly HR calls and quarterly Workers Compensation Claims Reviews.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to coordinate training needs for the site.
- Complete all current and terminated employee paperwork. (i.e., new hire, benefits, unemployment, EEO, Vet-100, etc.)
- Assists department heads in delivery and documentation of Performance management and reviews are conducted in timely manner.
- Coordinate all aspects of employee hiring, including running advertisements, reviewing resumes, and managing pre-employment physicals and drug screens.
- Uphold all corporate core values, policies, and procedures while executing assigned responsibilities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors offering medical and background screening services.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and manage the departure procedures for outgoing employees.
