✨ What You’ll Do
✅ Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to new hire onboarding.
- Partner with managers to develop job descriptions and interview strategies.
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist with HR policies, performance management, and compliance tracking.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Provide guidance on HR best practices and company policies.
- Track employee attendance and leave requests (FMLA, disability, etc.).
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, questions, and troubleshooting.
- Support open enrollment and benefits communications.
- Coordinate payroll-related changes, deductions, and leave adjustments.
- Assist employees with payroll inquiries and ensure data accuracy.
- Support HR systems, including employee data management and reporting.
✔ Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of HR experience.
- SHRM certification is a plus!
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems (experience with Paycor is a plus).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Valid driver’s license for occasional travel to Angelic office locations.
- Satisfactory background checks, including criminal and motor vehicle reports.
