Angelic Lashes by Tiffany is looking to hire a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist/Lash Consultant with a long term relationship in mind and with plenty of growth opportunities.
We are an upscale lash studio in Fairfax, VA who takes pride in providing quality products and services to all of our clients. If you are individual who is positive minded, highly motivated, and posses excellent customer service skills, then this job is for you!
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet and welcome guests and assist with sign-in process
- Respond to phone, text, and email inquiries from clients
- Appointment scheduling
- Handle minor problems that arise during daily operation
- Develop good client relations
- Help ensure reception area and office are tidy and presentable at all times
- Build knowledge of products and services we offer
Job Requirements:
- Must possess basic computer knowledge and skills (emails, social media, Microsoft word, excel, and etc)
- Must be fluent in English
- Must possess good customer service skills (phone, text, emails, and in-person)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Prior work experience as a receptionist or similar role is a plus
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US

- All Angelic Lashes staff and clients will wear protective mask
- All Angelic Lashes staff will perform proper washing and sanitizing before and after each client

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
