We provide residential and family support services for people with developmental disabilities.
DSP (Direct Support Professional)
Provide aid to individuals with developmental disabilities or chronic illnesses who needed assistance daily. Support individuals in daily activities inside their homes and in the community. Assistance with basic tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, cleaning, and eating. Assisting clients also with achieving personal goals, recreation, community inclusion, and daily household living.
REQUIREMENTS: H.S diploma, CPR, Drivers License, Core AB & T.B test. We will provide the training for the Core AB class & CPR.
Minimum Requirements:
Providing companionship and supportive listening.
Reporting changes in the health or status of the client.
Complete daily care documentation concerning occurrences, observations, concerns, or progress.
Can accurately collect data on all programming provided.
Light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
Can help problem solve situations and make reasonable decisions based on the best interest and safety of the client.
