is seeking a skilled Operations Manager Assistant to help oversee and lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish. A strong office background is needed.
Also, manage a portfolio of rental units.
## Duties
- Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and oversee all onsite construction activities
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction
## Qualifications
- Proven experience in project scheduling, project management, and construction management
- Minimum 5 years construction/trade experience required
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
