We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager Assistant to help oversee and lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish. A strong office background is needed.

Also, manage a portfolio of rental units.

Duties

• Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate and oversee all onsite construction activities
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
• Resolve any issues that may arise during construction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project scheduling, project management, and construction management
• Minimum 5 years construction/trade or managerial experience required
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
