Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Angels Care Home Health. About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for administering skilled nursing care to clients of all ages, under the supervision of a registered nurse. This includes coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency. You will work closely with our registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
