What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day prospect distribution for Leads sales teams
- Manually execute steps in our standard operating model with high accuracy
- Identify and resolve process exceptions with minimal supervision
- Correspond promptly to inbound emails and queries from the Sales floor regarding prospect distribution issues or discrepancies
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Sales Operations procedures aimed at enhancing future prospect distribution strategies
- Work in Excel and pull reports SQL
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree required
- Availability to work on Sundays as part of your weekly schedule required
- Detail-oriented and process-focused with the ability to replicate them efficiently
- Ability to stay highly organized with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Empathy towards Sales representatives and Sales leaders, with a knack for solving problems and answering questions
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with all levels of the sales teams through email, slack, zoom or phone calls
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (such as running macros)
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to and drive process improvements effectively

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges $44,000 - $60,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
