The ideal candidate will facilitate and support various IT functions for new and existing locations. As a company, we are committed to giving our all every day while maintaining a positive attitude.
Location
Multiple locations throughout the valley
Will be traveling to each site as needed
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responding to team member support requests
Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem
Traveling to locations or connecting via remote link
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
Advising on software or hardware upgrades
Providing basic training on computer operation and management
Completing service requests / documenting incident / problems / tasks
Help writing both technical documents for helpdesk as well as step by step technical documents for end users
Additional duties as assigned to achieve the mission
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Experience, Skillset, & Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, OR 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
Experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Support Technician
Knowledge of computer hardware systems and peripherals
Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote access systems is a plus
Ability to solve basic hardware and software issues
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Efficient written and verbal communication skills
