We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Worker to be the first point of contact for our customers! This role is perfect for someone who loves pets and people, providing excellent customer service while handling transactions, scheduling appointments, and keeping our front desk running smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and retail area.
- Assist customers with product recommendations and pet-related services.
- Keep accurate records of sales, appointments, and customer details.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing and inventory tracking.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and experience with cash registers or POS systems.
- A friendly and professional attitude with a passion for pets.
- Previous experience in retail, reception, or cashiering is a plus.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
