About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity within our Client’s Private Equity and M&A division for a bright and enthusiastic person seeking to build a career in the Transactional Risk Insurance industry. Our client is seeking an Operations Analyst to join an international and growing team based in New York.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handle incoming enquiries from clients, brokers, and third parties
- Provide support to brokers, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams throughout policy lifecycle.
- Draft and distribute NDA Joinder Agreements to insurers, and Non Reliance Letters (NRL's) to Due Diligence providers, summarizing and consolidating proposed changes, and collaborating with brokers..
- Ensure data accuracy, including adhering to Quality Assurance requirements validating accuracy of systems entries.
- Perform KYC checks on prospective clients.
