JOB TITLE: ENGINEERING COORDINATOR

Anguil Environmental Systems, Inc. is a global manufacturing provider of industrial air pollution control, energy recovery systems, and wastewater treatment technologies. We are seeking to hire an Installation Supervisor to specialize in managing all aspects of onsite activities of capital industrial equipment including pre-sale estimates, post-sale planning, Request For Quote (RFQ) preparation, contracting trades, and installation supervision. This is an excellent full-time opportunity for an organized and dependable detail-oriented person that is well-versed in construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Engineering Coordinator, reporting directly to the Engineering Operations Manager, plays a crucial role in maintaining and organizing project documentation, ensuring smooth information flow across departments, and supporting project management activities. This position is essential for the successful execution of engineering projects, as it involves coordinating various administrative and technical tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering team. The Engineering Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely and accurate communication, manage critical project data, and uphold the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Engineering Coordinator will be expected to:
- Organize and maintain the TrackVia project management site
- Assist in updating and maintaining project schedules
- Manage document submittal portals
- Update the Bill of Materials Tracker
- Assist in developing internal and external project status reports
- Analyze data to identify trends and issues, creating reports to inform decision-making
- Facilitate timely technical submittals to both internal employees and external customers
- Maintain detailed documentation of engineering processes and issues
- Interface with other departments to streamline cross-functional information transfer
- Compile and edit presentation details from multiple people and sources
- Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including managing calendars and travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation and review of technical documents and drawings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks

- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned, to ensure the effective utilization of the company’s resources and to ensure customer satisfaction
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Comfort operating in a technical environment
- Willingness to learn and understand technical terminology and systems
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure document accuracy and completeness
- High level of organization and ability to work independently
- Preferred
- Demonstrate experience supporting a large group of diverse professional staff
- Excellent technical skills with web-based applications and Microsoft Office applications, including technical writing
- Ability to compile and edit presentation details from multiple people and sources
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Required:
- Associate’s degree in technical business, or related discipline with significant relevant experience
- One (1 ) year of experience with an Associate’s Degree or five (5 ) years of experience supporting administrative and financial applications for high-level management organizations
- Preferred:
- Experience in a similar role within an engineering or technical environment
- Additional certifications or training in project management or document control
- Demonstrated experience supporting a large group of diverse professional staff
- Excellent technical skills with web-based applications and Microsoft Office applications, including technical writing
